Registration for the Conference should be done through the online registration system. All participants and accompanying persons must register for the Conference.

Terms and Conditions
By completing the registration form the person accepts that his personal data will be further processed by the web system of the Conference in order to make an agreement of participation allowing organization of the Conference , registration and operation of the Conference website. Organizers are allowed to process the following personal data of participants: first name, family name, address of residence, e-mail, phone number, correspondence address, The personal data will be protected with respect to unauthorized access.
The Organizer does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and participants are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance.
During the Conference, attendees, exhibitors, guests and others may be photographed by the Conference organization company or its partners. Parts of these photographs may be displayed in future publications or materials connected with the Conference.
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain restrictions imposed by law, by contacting Co-organizer – COTI Conference Time by email at office@coti-conference.com
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank information. Refund of fees, less € 50,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 15 May 2019. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Conference. No refund will be possible in case of no-show. In the event of cancellation of the Conference, at any time, as a result of any event of “force majeure” or for other reasons that are beyond the control of the Local Organizing Committee, the registration fee shall NOT be refunded and neither the Local Organizing Committee nor the ORGANIZING SECRETARIAT (COTI Conference Time) shall be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. Participants are highly encouraged to provide for their own insurance policy covering such events.
